Accident at 28 W Kindersley

Summary

1997-04-11: On June 30, 1994 at 0130Z a Cessna 188 Agwagon was discovered in a farmer's field. The pilot and only occupant suffered fatal injuries and the aircraft was substantially damaged. The pilot was apparently conducting a spray operation at 1530Z on the 29th of June, 1994 when the accident occurred. There were no ELT reports, consequently the aircraft was not found for approximately 10 hours. TSB enroute to the scene.
