Incident at 15 SE Assiniboia, Sask.
Summary
1997-03-26: The pilot was spraying herbicide on a wheat field. He flew under a power line about 25' AGL at the end of the first pass, made a reversing turn, and on approaching the field again, struck and severed the power line. The pilot reported that he was distracted by a radio call at the time. He was not injured and the aircraft sustained only cosmetic damage.
