Accident at Neultin Lake Airport, Manitoba


1997-03-17: While taxiing for departure the nosewheel cocked in the sand, started ploughing, and collapsed approximately 200 feet from the runway threshold. The propellers struck the ground but the full extent of the damage is unknown at this time. The ELT was set off and the pilot was unable to disarm it. RCC was advised.
