Summary
1997-02-13: A Cessna 310 aircraft had a tire flatten upon landing on runway 15 at Saskatoon. The aircraft came to a stop at the intersection of runway 15 and "alpha" taxiway, restricting traffic on that taxiway. Maintenance was unable to tow the aircraft, and runway 15 remained closed until the aircraft was serviceable. Runway 09 was active with wind 140 degrees at 10 knots.
