Incident at THE PAS MB (CYQD) (Communication navigation surveillance/air traffic system)
Summary
1996-11-15: All receive facilities at The Pas airport became unserviceable due to a malfunction of the multipurpose amplifier. There were no communications until FSS personnel were able to find a headset, and all frequencies could be channelled into the headset. The defective amplifier was replaced and equipment was back to normal at 1845Z.
