Incident at GILLAM MB (CYGX) (Incursion - runway - vehicle)
Summary
1996-11-15: Thompson Flight Services provided the pilot of a Britten-Norman Islander aircraft with the airport advisory, but did not pass on information regarding a vehicle on the runway. The pilot spotted the aircraft on the runway, and notified FSS. FSS instructed the vehicle to exit the runway, and the aircraft extended his circuit to allow time for the vehicle to exit.
