1996-10-25: The pilot of a Cessna 206 aircraft equipped with amphibian floats, reported that only two green lights were indicated for the landing gear. The pilot requested a fly-by, and the aircraft flew by the tower for a visual inspection. All gear appeared down. CFR was put into position. The aircraft touched down on runway 07 and the left landing gear collapsed. The aircraft came to a full stop on the runway surface. There were no injuries. Cause of the collapse is under investigation.
