Accident at 35 SW Little Grand Rapids, Manitoba
Summary
1996-02-13: Aircraft attempted to take-off from a winter road 35 miles SW of Little Grand Rapids, Manitoba. As the tail came up, the pilot's seat went back and he was unable to maintain control. The aircraft veered left and hit some trees, causing damage to the left wing. The aircraft then hit a windrow and swung around 180 degrees, causing damage to the right wing and right stabilizer. 4 people on board, no injuries.
