Summary

1996-01-17: WW24 WESTWIND 1124 MILLAR WESTERN INDUSTRIES LTD C-FMWW CRASHED ON APPROACH TO MEADOW LAKE ON A FLIGHT FROM EDMONTON MUNI. THE A/C WAS APPROXIMATELY 3 MILES FROM THE AIRPORT NEAR A 200 FT TOWER AND A NORTH SOUTH RUNNING HIGHWAY. INITIAL REPORTS STATE THAT THE A/C WAS CIRCLING TO LAND AT THE TIME. THE A/C STRUCK POWER LINES AND WAS CONSUMED BY FIRE. THE WERE TWO PEOPLE ON BOARD BOTH WERE FATALLY INJURED. WX: 1500Z X- B5 OVC 3ICF -9/-10.
