Incident at WINNIPEG (Aerodrome, runway or taxiway shutdown)

Summary

1996-01-17: LR35 N872LR LANDED ON RWY 18 AND DURING THE LANDING 3 OF THE 4 MAIN GEAR TIRES SUDDENLY DEFLATED. THE PILOT WAS ABLE TO EXIT THE RUNWAY ONTO TXWY C2 AND THE A/C WAS SHUTDOWN. THERE WAS NO OTHER DAMAGE TO THE A/C AND NO ONE WAS INJURED IN THE OCCURRENCE. THE A/C WAS TEMPORARILY REPAIRED AND TOWED FROM THE TXWY FOR REPAIR. THE CAUSE OF THE OCCURENCE IS SUSPECTED TO HAVE BEEN FROZEN BRAKES ON LANDING. TIME = 0010Z.Air1: Air2: Air3: Occurrence: Class: HZCategory: 213 620
