1996-01-17: DC9 ACA204 AND BE36 BONANZA C-GUZM AN OPERATING IRREGULARITY OCCURRED. ACA204 DEPARTED IFR FROM RWY 12 AT REGINA ENROUTE TO WINNIPEG. THE BE36 WAS INBOUND TO REGINA FROM WILLISTON ON A VFR FLIGHT PLAN. THE TWO A/C CAME IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO EACH OTHER SOUTH EAST OF AIRPORT. THE PILOT OF THE DC9 REPORTED A TCAS ALARM.
