Accident at Drop Along Pond, NFLD

Summary

1997-11-18: During the landing the float of the ultralight aircraft struck a submerged rock. This caused the aircraft to swing 90 degrees to the left resulting in the right wing striking the water and being broken off the aircraft. The uninjured pilot exited the aircraft and swam to shore. TSB case closed
