Summary
1997-11-18: The flight was enroute from New York to London at FL370 when the crew declared an emergency due to power loss #2 engine. The crew carried out the contingency plan and descended to FL280. After reaching FL280, the aircraft was cleared for a diversion to Halifax and subsequently to Bangor. TSB case closed.
