1997-11-18: Aircraft was enroute New York from Amsterdam. Position reporting showed aircraft to be on course up to 50W. Aircraft later identified on radar and proved to be 115 to 120 nm off course. Navigation error resulted in a loss of separation with at least one other aircraft.
