Summary

1997-10-24: Maintenance determined that the smoke was the result of poor combustion in the aircraft heater. The smoke was visible to the pilot only on the outside of the aircraft and that in fact he had not extinguished a fire as stated in 9410-029, based on earlier reports. TSB not involved.
