Incident at Halifax, NS (Aerodrome - visual aids)
1997-10-14: Pilot landed from a visual approach on runway 06. Captain complained about lack of low intensity approach lights. He said it is "the worst Black Hole" approach in Canada, even in good weather. Low intensity approach lights decommissioned August 3st, 1994.
