Incident at Moncton, ACC
Summary
1997-09-26: ARN890, BA46 ACA619 enroute from St. John's to Halifax at FL280 and ARN890 from Halifax to St. John's at FL270 passed 20 miles south west of Sydney. ACA got a TCAS warning and then a TCAS direction to climb, and climbed through FL 283. He advised center and queried the ARN altitude (FL270) ACA will file a report.
