Incident at WABUSH NL (CYWK)

Summary

1997-05-09: The pilot contacted an overflight on 121.5 and advised that he had had an accident while landing on Lake Virot. He was uninjured and although the aircraft had suffered only minor damage, it would have to be repaired before flying again. The pilot was picked up by another aircraft which responded to an ATC request for help. See TSB Initial Notification A94A0134 fro further details. TSB case close.
