Summary

1997-04-10: The F16's departed Goose Bay, eastbound, IFR to Keflavik. The B757's were westbound from Keflavik to various North American destinations. Due to the delay in clearing the formation to the reservation, the required separation was not maintained in the climb resulting in approximately 56 miles laterally rather than the required minimum.
