Incident at Fox Harbour

Summary

1997-04-10: Aircraft on a scheduled flight from St. Mary's Harbour to Fox Harbour. During landing roll at Fox Harbour, a brake failure was experienced and the pilot was unable to stop the aircraft on the runway. As the aircraft entered the overrun the pilot applied left rudder to prevent aircraft from going into the water, left gear collapsed on turn.
