Incident at West of Saint John, NB

Summary

1996-11-19: Aircraft on a VFR flight from Digby, N.S. to Saint John, N.B. Tower approved special VFR for aircraft to enter control zone but pilot unable to make visual contact with airport and elected to proceed to Pennfield. Aircraft was observed on radar 19 nm north west of Saint John airport penetrating CYR 724. A "checkfire" was requested through Fredericton tower. Aircraft tracked 10 miles inside CYR 724 and landed Fredericton.
