Summary

1996-02-28: THE STUDENT PILOT WAS ON HER SECOND SOLO FLIGHT PRACTICING TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS. THE PILOT RECOVERED FROM A COUPLE OF HARD LANDINGS THAT RESULTED IN BOUNCES BY OVERSHOOTING. AFTER COMING TO A FULL STOP, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT DURING ONE OF THE HARD LANDINGS, THE PROPELLER HAD STRUCK THE RUNWAY. TSB CASE CLOSED.
