1996-01-15: MO20 MOONEY C-GTPT FOLLOWING DEPARTURE THE PILOT REPORTED THAT THE GEAR INDICATED NOT FULLY RETRACTED. THE A/C DID A FLY BY AND THE TOWER CONFIRMED THAT THE GEAR DOORS WERE NOT FULLY CLOSED. THE A/C EXECUTED MANOEUVERS TO ASSIST THE GEAR IN LOCKING DOWN.
