1996-06-20: PA18 C-GRCM - A/C ON FLOATS HIT SMALL BOAT. PASSENGERS IN BOAT HAD TO JUMP IN WATER TO AVOID A/C. 1 PAX IN BOAT WAS HIT IN LEG BY FLOAT. TIME - 2300Z. ACTION - NAP. TSB Report A93Q0161: A citizen reported that a PA-18 seaplane on floats struck a light boat. The boat passenger had to jump in the water to avoid being hit by the aircraft but was still injured by one of the floats. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) opened an investigation.
