1996-02-08: PA20 PACER C-GNWR - LANDING RWY 24 ON RETURN FROM A LOCAL FLIGHT. BEFORE THE TAIL WHEEL TOUCHED THE GROUND A GUST OF WIND CAUGHT THE A/C. THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO CORRECT WITH THE RUDDER & THE A/C WENT OFF THE RWY INTO A DITCH. 3 POB SUFFERED MINOR INJURIES. MAJOR DAMAGE. TIME - 1900Z. ACTION - NAH.
