1993-12-06: C550 CITATION III BC GOV'T C-GBCF - A/C WAS FPRCEEDING FROM VICTORIA TO QUESNEL AT FL310 WHEN DECOMPRESSION WAS EXPERIENCED. EMERGENCY PRESSURIZATION SELECTED AND OXYGEN MASKE WERE USED. A/C LANDED SAFELY AT QUESNEL. A CLAMP HAD COME LOOSE AT BLEED AIR DUCT. TIME = 1910Z. ACTION = TAH.
