1993-11-14: B737 CDN505 - A/C WAS DEPARTING RWY 08 AND HAD TO LEVEL OFF AT 1000' DUE TO TCAS ALERT. TCAS TESTING WAS TAKING PLACE BY AIR BC IN AIR CANADA HANGAR. HANGAR WAS THOUGHT TO BE SHIELDED. AIR BC HAD SINCE BEEN ASKED TO CEASE TESTING UNTIL PROBLEM IS CORRECTED. TIME = 2320Z. ACTION = TAH.
