1993-08-19: PC6 PILATUS PORTER AIR ALPS C-FPZB - ON TAKE-OFF FROM GLACIER, THE PILOT LOST CONTROL AND THE WHEELS STRUCK THE SIDE OF A CREVASS. THE A/C BECAME AIRBORNE AGAIN AND THE PILOT FLEW IT BACK TO SQUAMISH WHERE IT LANDED SAFELY. NO INJURIES. SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE. TIME = 2230Z. ACTION = TAH.
