1993-08-18: C172 SKYHAWK PAC FLYING CLUB C-FMCM - PILOT OF C172 JOINED LEFT HAND APPRCH FOR RWY 16 WITH NO RADIO. THE PILOT FAILED TO REMAIN CLEAR OF DH8 ABL671 ON A STRAIGHT IN APPROACH TO RWY 16. TOWER THEN INSTRUCTED THE DH8 TO EXECUTE A MISSED APPROACH FOR SEPARATION. TIME = 1920Z. ACTION = TAP.
