1993-02-14: C550 CITATION II BC GOVT. BCG480 - A/C WAS IFR VICTORIA TO VANCOUVER. VFR TRAFFIC WAS PASSED TO A/C, PILOT ASKED FOR RADAR VECTOR AROUND TRAFFIC. CONTROLLER GAVE A HARD TURN. PILOT SAW THE VFR A/C WHICH WAS WORKING VICTORIA TOWER. VFR A/C WAS AT SAME ALTITUDE. TIME = 2230Z. ACTION = TAE.
