1993-02-10: C404 TITAN ATHABASKA ARWYS C-GJMP - A/C DEPARTED RWY 35 FOR KEY LAKE AT 1644Z, AT 1645Z, PILOT ADVISED THAT RIGHT ENGINE WAS RUNNING ROUGH AND A/C WAS RETURNING. A/P MNGER ADVISED. VOLUNTEER FIRE DPRTMNT WAS CALLED. ERS UNAVAILABLE DUE TO GOVT. STRIKE IN SASKATCHEWAN. CREW SHUTDOWN RIGHT ENGINE AND LANDED ON RWY 35 WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT AT 1652Z. NO. 4 CYLINDER HAD SEPERATED ON THE BARREL UNDER THE CYLINDER HEAD. SDR TO BE SUBMITTED TO GOVT. TIME = 1652Z.
