Incident at enroute to TORONTO / LESTER B. PEARSON INTL ON (CYYZ)

Summary

1993-12-02: Initial information from a T.S.B. Initial Notification: A Flight Attendant on the Air Canada Airbus A-320 turbofan aircraft (C-FLSI) was injured during post-meal duties when she bent down in front of the trolly and the other Flight Attendant pushed the trolley forward, striking her on the head. The Flight Attendant received first aid. The flight landed at Toronto (LBPIA) (CYYZ). Upon arrival in Toronto, the injured Flight Attendant was taken to hospital for examination and released. No stitches were required and she was diagnosed as having a mild concussion. She was not hospitalized. OPS IMPACT UNKNOWN. TIME = 0140Z. ACTION = PAX.
