1993-11-09: CV24 CONVAIR 240 CANAIR CARGO C-GTEM - WHEN LANDING GEAR WAS SELECTED DOWN, NOSE GEAR INDICATED UNSAFE AND THE GEAR 'IN TRANSIT' LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. GEAR WAS RECYCLED, BUT UNSAFE NOSE GEAR INDICATION REMAINED. A/C OVERSHOT AND CLIMBED TO 3000', SLOWED DOWN TO 140 KTS, AND GEAR RECYCLED. THIS TIME, GEAR INDICATED SAFE AND A/C LANDED SAFELY. TSB INITIAL. TIME = 1935Z. ACTION = PAX, PAH, PAE.
