Summary

1993-11-09: C150 CESSNA C-FVXX - PILOT WAS ATTEMPTING TO HAND START A/C. PAX HAD BEEN BRIEFED ON THE USE OF BRAKES AND WHAT THE PILOT'S INTENTIONS WERE. WHEN THE ENGINE STARTED, PAX INADVERTENTLY RELEASED BRAKES AND WAS UNABLE TO STOP A/C BEFORE IT TRAVELLED 30' AND STRUCK A FENCE. BOTH WINGS AND PROP WERE DAMAGED. TIME = 1430Z. ACTION = PAH, PAE.
