1993-10-09: A320 AIR CANADA C-FDCA - WHILE DEVIATING CLOUDS NEAR ST PETE'S, FLORIDA, A/C ENCOUNTERED SEVERE TURBULENCE - SUDDEN DOWNDRAFT FOLLOWED BY UPDRAFT. FLT ATTENDANTS WERE THROWN INTO AIR ABOUT GALLEY AND CABIN. SEATBELT SIGN WAS ON AND NO INJURIES REPORTED BY PAX OR CABIN CREW. UPON LANDING CANCUN, 2 ATTENDANTS REPORTED THEY COULD NOT CONTINUE DUTIES DUE TO INJURIES. MEDICAL ARRANGEMENTS MADE IN CANCUN. AFTER INSPECTION, A/C FERRIED BACK TO YYZ. AFTER INSPECTION, NO LIMITATIONS HAD BEEN EXCEEDED AND A/C RETURNED TO SERVICE. TIME = 2145Z. ACTION = PAX, PAH.
