1993-09-24: BE10 KING AIR BEARSKIN LAKE AIR BLS375 - A/C, IFR THUNDER BAY TO DRYDEN. ON APPROACH TO RWY 29, PILOT REPORTED RWY EDGE LIGHTS UNSERVICEABLE. PILOT CANCELLED IFR AND CONDUCTED MISSED APPROACH AND CIRCLED A/P. LIGHTS WERE RETSTORED AT 0213Z AND A/C LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT AT 0216Z. DRYDEN A/P STAFF HAD RESET CIRCUIT BREAKER. RWY LIGHTING CONTROL PANEL AT KENORA FSS INDICATED THAT LIGHTS WERE ON AND OPERATING NORMALLY. TIME = 0209Z.
