Incident at TORONTO / LESTER B. PEARSON INTL ON (CYYZ)

Summary

1993-09-10: The US Airlines Boeing B-727 turbojet aircraft (N749US) was on descent into Toronto (LBPIA) (CYYZ). During the descent, the aircraft flew through minor turbulence. A door to one of the cabinets in the rear galley opened and a Flight Attendant hit her head. She suffered lacerations to her forehead. The Flight Attendnat was relieved of duty for the remainder of the flight. Upon landing, ambulance personnel transported the Flight Attendant to hospital, where she was treated and released. No emergency declared. OPS IMPACT - UNKNOWN. TIME = 1454Z. ACTION = PAX, TSB.
