1993-09-09: BALLOON THUNDER AND COLT "COKE CAN" C-BRDS - PILOT ADVISED BUTTONVILLE TOWER THAT HE WAS CARRYING OUT PRECAUTIONARY LANDING DUE TO PROBLEM WITH BALLOON'S VENT SYSTEM. BALLOON LANDED IN GLOBAL TV STATION PARKING LOT WITH ASSISTANCE OF PEOPLE ON GROUND. NO DAMAGE OR INJURIES. OPS IMPACT - NONE. TIME = 1225Z. ACTION = PAX, PAH, PAE, TSB.
