1993-09-04: PA44 SEMINOLE N21426 - PILOT REPORTED ORIGINALLY 1 MILE NE OF FIELD, AFTER DIVERTING FRON TORONTO ISLAND, AND WAS INBOUND FOR LANDING AND GIVEN AN ADVISORY FOR RWY 29. A/C PASSED OVER WEST END OF FIELD TO JOIN LEFT DOWNWIND FOR RWY 29. A/C THEN REPORTED JOINING FINAL FOR RWY 29 AND WAS ASKED TO CONFIRM RWY AS IT WAS ON FINAL FOR RWY 24. PILOT THEN BROKE OFF FOR A CIRCLING RIGHT TURN FOR RWY 29. PILOT THEN REPORTED TURNING FINAL RWY 29, FORCING A C172, C-GFVS, WHO WAS ON FINAL TO DO A 360 DEGREE LEFT TURN. A/C LANDED RWY 29 WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT AND C172 RE-ESTABLISHED ON FINAL AND LANDED RWY29. TIME = 1857Z. ACTION = PAP, PAE, TSB.
