1993-09-02: F16 STING72 - DETROIT ATC ADVISED WINDSOR TOWER THAT A/C WAS UNABLE TO LAND AT SELKRIDGE, MICHIGAN, DUE TO BAD WX & WOULD BE LANDING AT WINDSOR. DETROIT ALSO ADVISED A/C IN EMERGENCY DUE TO LOW FUEL. A/C LANDED SAFELY RWY 25 WITH ERS. A/C RAN OUT OF FUEL AFTER EXITING RWY 25 ON RWY 20. A/C EVENTUALLY TOWED TO SW HANGER AREA. OPS IMPACT - RWY 20 CLOSED UNTIL 2200Z. TIME = 2000Z. ACTION = PAE.
