1993-08-18: B727 ROYAL AIRLINES ROY131 & DC9 ACA423 - B727 WAS BEING VECTORED FOR LANDING ON RWY 24R WHILE THE DC9 WAS ON LOCALIZER FOR RWY 24R (BEHIND B727). THE SPACING BETWEEN THE TWO A/C'S WAS REDUCED TO LESS THAN REQUIRED MINIMUM BEFORE THE DC9 WAS ISSUED A TURN OFF THE LOCALIZER. OPS IMPACT - NONE. TIME = 2320Z. ACTION = PAX, PAE, TSB, IKO-PIA.
