1993-08-13: DC9 AIR CANADA C-FTMT - ON ARRIVING AT GATE, SMOKE AND SMALL FLAMES WERE OBSERVED IN RIGHT MAIN WHEEL BRAKE AREA. STATION PERSONNEL APPLIED EXTINGUISHING AGENT AND ERS WAS CALLED AND RESPONDED. NO.4 BRAKE ASSEMBLY HAD OVERHEATED AND MNTNCE CHANGED THE N0.3 AND N0.4 ASSEMBLIES. OPS IMPACT - UNKNOWN.
