1993-08-10: PA31 C-GMOZ - ON APPROACH FOR RWY 26, PILOT RADIOED THAT A "DOWN & LOCKED" INDICATION WAS NOT RECEIVED ON THE A/C'S LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR. PILOT OVERSHOT THE APPROACH & REQUESTED VISUAL CONFIRMATION OF THE LEFT MAIN GEAR EXTENSION. PILOT OF ANOTHER A/C AWAITING DEPARTURE & THE TOWER STAFF BOTH REPORTED THAT 3 WHEELS WERE EXTENDED. ON THE DOWNWIND LEG, PILOT REPORTED THAT HE HAD THREE IN THE GREEN. LANDED SAFELY. TIME - 2259Z. ACTION - PAH PAE TSB.
