1993-07-09: B747 AEROL;INEAS ARG317 - A/C WAS ON ROMEO TAXIWAY, HOLDING SHORT OF ROMEO 1. EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT WAS CALLED OUT BY TERMINAL 1 APRON CONTROL. PILOT REPORTED THERE WAS FIRE NO FIRE ONBOARD. ENGINES WERE BEING SHUT DOWN & AIR CONDITIONING PACK WAS OVERHEATING. EMERGENCY STOOD DOWN AT 2150Z & A/C WAS TOWED TO THE TERMINAL 2 APRON. DUE TO DOWNGRADING OF OPERATION FROM 24S TO LAND 24L & DEPART 24R. DUAL OPERATION RESUMED AT 2210Z. TIME - 2125Z. ACTION - PAX PAH TSB IKO-PIA.
