1993-07-03: TC19 C-FXRB - A/C WAS UNDERGOING PERFORMANCE ADJUSTMENTS. PILOT LOST CONTROL OF THE A/C AS IT WAS ON APPROACH FOR LANDING & CRASHED IN THE BUSH. 1 SOB. SLIGHT INJURIES. PILOT WALKED OUT OF THE BUSH, RECIEVED SOME FIRST AID TREATMENT AT A FARM HOUSE & WAS TAKEN TO OWEN SOUND HOSPITAL FOR FURTHER TREATMENT. TIME - 1800Z. ACTION - PAH PAP PAE TSB.
