1993-06-02: LR36 & C152 CLARM AIRE - N873LR WAS NUMBER TWO ON APPROACH TO RWY 29 FOLLOWING C152 ON SHORT FINAL. A SECOND C152 (ON FIRST SOLO) WAS INSTRUCTED TO WIDEN OUT TO FOLLOW N873LR. PILOT ACKNOWLEDGED INSTRUCTIONS & APPEARED TO TURN AS REQUESTED. CONTROLLER DIVERTED ATTENTION TO THE LANDING C152. SHORTLY THEREAFTER, N873LR ANNOUNCED THAT EVASIVE ACTION WAS BEING TAKEN TO AVOID CONFLICTING WITH THE C152. N873LR OVERSHOT. OCCURRENCE HAS BEEN INVESTIGATED BY ATS & THE MATTER HAS BEEN REFERRED TO THE CLARM AIRE CFI FOR STUDENT EDUCATION. TIME - 1355Z. ACTION - PAX PAR PAE TSB.
