1993-05-29: C172 HARBOUR AIR C-GWCZ - A/C DEPARTED LONDON AIRPORT FOR THE TORONTO ISLAND AIRPORT. PILOT BECAME DISORIENTED. AT VARIOUS TIMES, PILOT WAS IN CONTACT WITH MUSKOKA, LONDON, & BUTTONVILLE FLIGHT SERVICE STATIONS. WIARTON SPECIALIST NOTED VHF DIRECTION FINDING BEARINGS TO SOUTHWEST WHEN PILOT WAS TRANSMITTING & CONTACTED A/C. A/C LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT AT WIARTON AIRPORT AT 2154Z. THE FOLLOWING DAY, CHIEF FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR FROM HARBOUR AIR AT TORONTO ISLAND AIRPORT ARRIVED AT WIARTON TO TAKE A/C & PILOT BACK TO TORONTO ISLAND. TIME - 1950Z. ACTION - PAX PAR PAE TSB.
