2004-03-30: Supplemental information from T.S.B. Initial Notification (#A93O0144): While on a local training flight, the First Nations Air Service Cessna 172 aircraft (C-GEDK) was observed to strike a telephone wire and crash into Bull Lake. Two (2) S.O.B. -- both fatally injured.
1993-05-25: C172N FIRST NATIONS AIR SERVICE C-GEDK - A/C WAS OBSERVED TO STRIKE A HYDRO WIRE & CRASH INTO BULL LAKE WHILE ON A LOCAL TRAINING FLIGHT. 2 FATALITIES. SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO A/C. TIME - 1530Z. ACTION - PAX PAH PAR PAP TSB.
