Summary

1998-05-08: Initial information from T.S.B. Initial Notification (#A93O0094): While passengers were boarding the Air Transat Boeing 757-23A turbofan aircraft (C-GTSF) at Gate 51 (Terminal 1) at Toronto (LBPIA) (CYYZ), a Flight Attendant became dizzy when she climbed up to obtain her demonstration kit from an overhead bin. She collapsed and struck a lavatory door, causing suspected back and neck injuries. Emergency medical services were called and the Flight Attendant was transported to hospital. The boarding continued and the flight departed with six (6) Flight Attendants. OPS IMPACT - UNKNOWN. ACTION = PAX, TSB, IKO-PIA.
