= 1345Z. ACTION = PAH, PAR, TSB. TSB UPDATE: During the take-off run, the Fisher FP101
ultralight aircraft did not get airborne because of the soft snow. The bumpy runway surface made it difficult to steer, and the aircraft veered to the right, striking the barbed wire fence with the right wing. The aircraft came to rest on its nose. The pilot suffered a broken nose and cut finger.
